Internship programs include:
- Semester Internship Program
- Semester internship where student would complete a �shadowing� program as well as conduct a research project. write a white paper on a specific topic, and assist with Annual AHC Meeting (June)
- Available by request, based on circumstances - must be completed for academic credit and experience
- Located in Washington D.C.
- Stipend of $500/month available to offset expenses - maximum of 12 weeks or 3 months
- Transportation and housing not included
- Open to college students
- Short-term Internship Program
- 1 - 2 month program where student would get acquainted with AHC, conduct a research project and write a white paper on a specific topic of interest
- Internship will be completed for academic credit and research project must be pre-approved by student advisor
- Offered up to two times per year
- Located in Washington D.C.
- Stipend of $500/month available to offset expenses
- Transportation and housing not included
- Open to college students
- Shadowing Program
- Designed to give students broader understanding of the AHC with a focus on expanding students knowledge and expertise
- 1 - 2 week program where student would spend 2 days with each AHC staff member to get acquainted with our roles & responsibilities
- Offered up to four times per year
- Located in Washington D.C.
- Stipend of $125/week available to offset expenses
- Transportation and housing not included
- Open to high school and college students
